Claiming Unemployment in Florida

You can claim a Florida Unemployment claim online by visiting the State's MyFlorida.com portal BUT before doing so you should know a few facts.

If you have recently been laid-off, terminated, or found yourself unemployed for any other reason you may want to consider the following:

  • You may have unpaid wages and unrealized overtime due from your ex-employer - this can be additional money for you over and above your un-employment compensation.
  • You may have a wrongful termination case against your ex-employer - this may yield an additional monetary settlement in your favor.

By calling our office at (754) 200-0020 or completing the form below we can let you know, with no cost or obligation to you, if you are potentially leaving money on the table.

If you have been DENIED an unemployment claim, or wish to have one of our attorneys represent you for a very low cost at your actual hearing, click here.
